Foscam Cloud Service and APP just support HD cameras, if you want to remote view live video smoothly, the upload bandwidth of your Internet connection should bigger than 2Mbps(720P HD video), 4Mbps(1080P HD video). Please note that it's upload bandwidth, not download bandwidth.
