Why can’t I use cloud recording service after paid successfully?

After payment is success, the cloud service will be automatically activated. If it fails to be activated, please check below steps:


1).Please wait for a moment if it’s not activated immediately, especially when network is poor.

2).Manually activate it from the home page. If it still fails to be activated, please contact Foscam customer service representatives via support@foscam.com for help.

3).Make sure motion detection is enabled on camera.
